Southern Ventures Corporation

Headquartered in Fort Walton Beach Florida, Southern Ventures Corporation (SVC) was founded to build premier real estate. Twenty-nine years later the goal is the same, but the company has evolved and expanded and now manages more than six subsidiary companies that help reach the goal of offering quality multi-family real estate.

a fully licensed real estate brokerage that handles acquisitions, sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well as development planning and general construction through its two divisions Vista Development, LLC and Venture Construction, Inc

Vista Development
oversees land planning, zoning compliance and site infrastructure engineering. In addition, Vista provides project representation for company projects constructed by outside general contractors

Venture Construction
a licensed general contracting company focusing primarily on multi-family and hotel projects

Service First
a contractor specializing in maintenance of new and renovated real estate for both SVC and outside customers

Commercial Service Merchandize
a wholesaler of air conditioning equipment

Total Logistics Corporation
a supply chain manager

In addition to the management of the above companies, SVC also manages 5 apartment communities with more than 750 units and a hotel that offers 103 guest rooms. SVC currently has 200 apartment units and 92 hotel rooms under construction.
