Southern Ventures Corporation has set the standards of excellence and quality in the apartment management industry since 1989.  It only seemed natural to take what we learned from our apartments and apply it to the hotel industry. 

We knew at our core that offering our guests a quality product with superior service at a good value could translate into any model.  With that knowledge we opened our first hotel in 1996, the Cayo Grande Executive Suites. 

The Cayo Grande Executive Suites offers its guests 103 rooms and a wide array of premium amenities.  As we expected, the hotel has done amazingly well under our management and because of its success, will undergo a huge renovation this year.  The renovations will include another 40+ rooms, an increase in meeting space and will expand our on-site restaurant. 

In addition to our own brand, we opened our first franchise hotel, the Embassy Suites Miramar Beach in 2000.  This large full-service hotel is located in the heart of Destin, and offers ___ suites and more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space.  We are extremely pleased to be a part of the Embassy Suites family and have found great success in the strategic partnerships we have put in place to manage the hotel.

Our plans don’t stop there. We are pleased to announce another Cayo Grande Executive Suites in Navarre.  This new hotel will offer the same great amenities and will be completed in 2006.
