Real Estate. Construction. Development.  It’s where we began, and it is still where we focus most of our attention.  In August of 2004 we decided to centralize our real estate holdings and in doing so formed Landmark Real Estate. 

Landmark is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Southern Ventures Corporation.  We are a multi-task company that functions as a fully licensed real estate brokerage.  We handle acquisitions, sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well as development planning and general construction through our two divisions Vista Development, LLC and Venture Construction, Inc.
